Larimer County Judge Stephen Shapanski ordered Richard Heene to serve 90 days in jail, including 60 days on work release. The sentence means Heene will serve 30 days in jail, before qualifying to leave his cell during the day to work as a construction contractor. He'll remain in jail at night. Mayumi Heene was ordered to spend 20 days in the Larimer County Workender Program, which would allow her to serve her sentence during the day and spend the nights at home with the couple's three children: Falcon, 6; Ryo, 8; and Bradford, 10.

Spokeswoman for the Larimer County District Attorney's office, Linda Jensen, said the program may not involve spending time in a cell. "It just depends on what they decide when she applies for the program."

Los Angeles coroners will perform an autopsy on Monday on actress Brittany Murphy as anorexia may have played a part in her sudden death at age 32.


Police and coroner's officials said no foul play is suspected in the actress's cardiac arrest in the bathroom of her Hollywood Hills home, last Sunday.

Assistant Coroner Ed Winter said initial reports showed the "Clueless" actress' death may have resulted from heart-related causes but said the autopsy would include toxicology tests.

Celebrity website, reported there was "a significant amount of vomit" in the bathroom area where Murphy was found unconscious in the shower. Murphy was taking medication for flu-like symptoms for several days, and there were a lot of prescriptions in the house, said news.
