Kevin Trudeau accused of violating customer privacy.

This week Consumer Health Digest has a new matter on Kevin Trudeau:

The New York State Consumer Protection Board (CPB) has warned that consumers who purchase Kevin Trudeau's book, "Natural Cures 'They' Don't Want You to Know About," may have their contact information sold to telemarketers, junk mailers, and other direct marketers. In a news release, CPB's chairman said that consumers were not notified that this might happen.
